Karina qualified as a Solicitor in 2009, following successful completion of her training contract with Howard Bernstein Solicitors. Karina spent the next 7 years with the same firm, predominately in the Crime Department. She regularly appeared in court in Greater Manchester and Derbyshire and qualified as a Higher Courts Advocate in July 2010.
Whilst her work is predominantly in the Magistrates Court, Karina has extensive knowledge and experience of preparing cases in the Crown Court including two separate cases where youths were acquitted of rape.
Karina is a well know and trusted member of the High Peak Duty Solicitors Scheme offering support and representation for clients at the police station as well as in court. Karina is experienced in dealing with cases of all natures including serious offences such as rape and murder.
