Bakers Solicitors is one of the few solicitors firms that hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency in order to offer legal aid. We will always consider whether your case can be funded by legal aid.  If you are not financially eligible for legal aid we offer fixed fees depending on the type of matter.  

For matters where legal aid is not available the Solicitors can offer fixed fees starting at £400 plus VAT, plus any travel costs incurred depending on the location of the court hearing.

The fixed fee quote will be provided prior to the commencement of any work being carried out and will depend on the type of matter, the amount of evidence that needs to be considered, the location and length of the court hearing/Trial.
